Telekom offers new callback customer service

Deutsche Telekom clients can now choose to speak to a previous consultant, or request call backs instead of waiting in the queue. Under the personal service call-back, clients who have dealt with Telekom in the last 48 hours will have the option to re-connect with the same consultant. Clients who contact the hotline via mobile networks will receive the offer of a call-back from the previous consultant via SMS. Customers who call via the fixed network will be given the option to be transferred through. In addition, if the hotline is experiencing an extended wait time, customers will be advised
