Telekom tests mobile ticket entry with Hamburg football club

Deutsche Telekom is working with Austrian technology provider Skidata and Hamburger SV football club to test paperless entry to the stadium. Since start-November, HSV employees have been able to have digital tickets for home games stored on the SIM card of their smartphones. The aim of the trial is to provide football fans with an easy-to-use ticketless system. An online ticket shop optimised for mobile end devices allow users to book tickets and send them to their smartphones. The password-protected tickets are then stored in Telekom's MyWallet application. Telekom aims to make this payment
