Telenet activist shareholder CIAM wants extraordinary dividend

Telenet activist shareholder CIAM wants the Belgian operator to distribute an extraordinary dividend of EUR 970 million, De Tijd reported, citing a letter sent by CIAM to the company. CIAM believes that Telenet management is too conservative and not ambitious enough, and that its market value is lagging behind.
