Telenor Bulgaria revenues increase 2% to NOK 837 mln in Q3

Wednesday 25 October 2017 | 14:37 CET | News
Telenor Bulgaria saw its total revenues increase by 2 percent to NOK 837 million in Q3, mainly driven by higher handset revenues. EBITDA decreased by 1 percent to NOK 322 million as 6 percent opex reduction was more than offset by lower contribution from roaming and interconnect. As result of ongoing market decline within prepaid subscriptions, the subscription base was 9 percent lower than at same time last year, reaching 3.223 million. Mobile subscription and traffic revenues decreased by 1 percent as growth in the postpaid segment was unable to fully offset the reduction within prepaid.
