Telenor Bulgaria revenues up 1% to NOK 734 mln in Q4

Wednesday 11 February 2015 | 13:31 CET | News
Telenor Bulgaria saw its revenues increased by 1 percent year-on-year to NOK 734 million in Q4 2014 driven by higher ARPU, partly offset by reduced handset sales and lower subscription base. Excluding one-offs, revenues decreased by 2 percent. EBITDA before other items increased to NOK 253 million compared to NOK 208 million a year-ago. The number of subscriptions decreased by 146,000 in the quarter to 3.901 million mainly driven by high churn in both the prepaid and contract segment following intense competition throughout the quarter.
