Telenor celebrates first anniversary in Myanmar

Telenor has celebrated one year of operations in Myanmar. Telenor Myanmar launched operations on 27 September in Mandalay. At launch, Telenor had 68 towers in Mandalay, with 1,150 points of sale. Telenor reports it currently serves over 10 million customers. The operator has a 3G network of 3,100 towers, and 50,000 points of sales served by 114 distributors.
