Telenor Denmark improves mobile coverage on Great Belt Bridge

Telenor Denmark said it has improved mobile coverage on the 7 km Great Belt Bridge across the Great Belt Strait between the islands of Zealand and Funen. It said feedback from thousands of customers who commute across the bridge daily told it that coverage was unsatisfactory. The operator said it has remedied this and has already found improvements to customer satisfaction, according to its Net Promoter Score (NPS).
