Telenor Denmark says lower handset and fixed product sales hit revenue in Q1

Telenor Denmark said the market remained very competitive in the first quarter and its Danish operation is continuing its transformation, reducing complexity and costs. The mobile customer base shrank by 28,000 over the quarter to 1.80 million following churn of low revenue-generating subscriptions. Total revenues fell to NOK 1.23 billion from NOK 1.25 billion amid lower sales of handsets and fixed products.
