Telenor formally launches DNA buy-out offer

Telenor has confirmed the start on 29 August of its obligatory buy-out offer for the remaining shares in Finnish operator DNA, after the Norwegian-based firm became its majority shareholder with a 54.04 percent stake on 21 August 2019. The tender offer is EUR 20.90 per share in cash and the offer is estimated to end on 26 September.
