Telenor Group renews pact with UNI global trade union

Telenor Group said it has renewed an agreement with UNI, a global trade union that represents 20 million service sector workers around the world. The agreement gives a platform for dialogue between UNI and Telenor on fundamental labour rights. It renews their initial Global Agreement, which was signed in 2013. The two parties will continue to meet at least once a year, and will maintain dialogue and information exchange. Telenor has a strong commitment to employee involvement, said Jon Erik Haug, EVP and Head of Group People Development.
