Telenor Hungary revenues up 5% in Q1

Telenor Hungary saw its revenues in local currency increase by 5 percent as a result of increased ARPU and strong handset sales. In NOK, its revenues increase to NOK 1.098 billion in Q1 from NOK 996 million a year ago. EBITDA in local currency decreased by 8 percent, of which 6 percentage points related to higher frequency fees. In NOK, EBITDA fell to NOK 354 million from NOK 368 million in the same quarter of 2014. The EBITDA margin decreased by 5 percentage points, mainly explained by increased handset sales and higher frequency fees, together with higher cost related to business support
