Telenor has been sent a letter by activist investor Constructive Capital, urging it to sell off its mobile masts and switch equity to debt, according to the Financial Times. The operator acknowledged that its board of directors and management have received a letter, but declined to comment on it. The FT said it has seen this letter, which claims that Constructive Capital's proposed course of action could boost Telenor's share price by up to 84 percent.
