Telenor loses appeal over refund to TDC for wholesale overcharging

Telenor has lost another appeal against a decision from regulator Nkom ordering the operator to pay NOK 16 million to rival TDC for charging too much for wholesale access to Telenor's mobile network. Nkom announced the decision, noting this is the second court to uphold the decision.
