Telenor, Magyar Telekom prepare for tariff changes

Telenor Hungary and Magyar Telekom are giving their customers an interval during which they may refuse tariff changes that will take effect on 1 July, writes local publication Hungarymatters.hu citing the the telcos. Telenor Hungary customers can do so by the end of July, while Magyar Telekom have two weeks to decide whether they agree with the changes. Hungary's NMHH said on 26 June that it signed contracts with Magyar Telekom and Telenor to "ensure the validation of subscriber rights" when tariff changes take effect on 1 July. An examination of the two telcos was announced in June by the
