Telenor names 6 key 2016 trends as digitisation expands

Telenor said its research arm has published the six key global telecoms trends that it has identified for 2016. It said they are customer service co-creation, data for social good, 'softwarisation', deep learning, more IoT with LPWA, and a levelling of the playing field.
