Telenor Norway has given more details of its 3G network shutdown plan. It said its 3G services run on the 900 MHz, primarily along roadways and in smaller settlements, and it is this band that will be switched off county by county in 2019. The rest of the 3G network serves larger towns and cities, and will go off the air by the end of 2020.
