Telenor Norway lifts Q1 sales and profit but subscriber numbers decline

Telenor Norway lifted revenue and earnings in the first quarter of 2018, but shed customers in both its mobile and fixed line segments, with ARPU falling as well. Total revenues rose to NOK 6.32 billion from NOK 6.24 billion a year earlier, restated to include the Telenor Capture applications provider arm, which used to come under 'Other units' rather than Norway.
