Telenor Norway prepares for potential winter storms

Telenor Norway said it has stepped up preparations for possible winter storms, in a bid to prevent any disruption to communications.The company said it has increased back-up power at its installations and has a fleet of vehicles to provide short-term wireless connectivity for any crisis areas. It has approximately 100 portable aggregates to ensure electricity supply during any serious energy outages.
