Telenor Norway, Red Cross offer Mobile Badge for children ready for their first phone

Telenor Norway has announced a collaboration with the Red Cross in the form of the Mobile Badge to denote that a child is ready for their first mobile phone. It provides an interactive test taking parents and children through topics such as online games, website age limits, bullying and setting boundaries. It the child passes the test, she or he gets a diploma certifying that they have a good understanding of how to use mobile phones.
