Telenor says 2020 executive pay freeze hits 125 managers

Telenor has announced that group executive management (GEM) and senior management will not receive any salary increase this year. The decision affects 125 leaders from the Telenor management arena, CEOs and GEM who are part of the executive salary review processes. A smaller number of executives received salary increases before the onset of Covid-19, in accordance with local review processes, and are therefore not affected.
