Telenor says govt fails to unify broadband excavation rules

Telenor Norway said it is satisfied with the government's national electronic communications plan, as it has listened to the industry on essential points, but it fails to give a clear recommendation on uniformity of excavation regulations. So said the company's CEO, Berit Svendsen.
