Telenor Sweden merges all consumer business on 02 June

Telenor Sweden said it is overhauling its organisation and is merging its broadband, television and mobile operations into a common business area called Consumer Marketing. It is also bringing customer Channels area directly to its corporate leadership, in a bid to increase its focus on sales and customer satisfaction. Its corporate customer operations will remain under the Business division. The new organisation comes into effect on 02 June. Telenor Sweden CEO Patrik Hofbauer said the aim is to concentrate more closely on its customers, rather than on its products.
