Telenor Sweden picks Teleste Luminato 4x4 head-end platform for television service

Finnish IT company Teleste said that Telenor Sweden has chosen the Teleste Luminato 4x4 head-end platform to deliver broadcast television on its nationwide network, after its previous edge QAM reached the end of its life. Teleste said Telenor is the second largest provider of cable TV to the consumer market in Sweden, supplying analogue and digital reception over its CATV networks to around 250,000 households.
