Telesat ready to start testing on first LEO satellite

Telesat announced that it's completed orbit raising and payload testing on its first 1 Leo satellite and the spacecraft is now ready to support live demonstrations of its capabilities. Companies including Global Eagle Entertainment, OmniAccess and Optus Satellite have agreed to collaborate in live, over-the-air trials on the satellite, and Telesat said other companies that serve major markets of interest will also be participating.
