Telesat revenues dip 10% lower to CAD 188 mln in Q2

Friday 13 August 2021 | 14:51 CET | News
Satellite operator Telesat said revenues for the second quarter fell 10 percent from the year before to CAD 188 million, pulled down mainly by a slight reduction of service for one of the company's North America DTH customers, the non-renewals of certain enterprise contracts, and lower consulting revenue. Revenues also suffered from negative forex effects: when adjusted for changes in foreign exchange rates, revenues declined only 3 percent.
