Televisa subsidiaries sign deals to use Red Compartida

Thursday 6 September 2018 | 11:31 CET | News
Several subsidiaries of Mexican pay-TV giant Televisa have signed service deals to use the country's 'Red Compartida' wholesale 4G shared network, reports El Universal, citing the head of the country's Ministry of Communications and Transport (SCT) Edgar Olvera. In a tweet, Olvera said Sky, Cablevision Red, Operbes, Metrored and Red de Telecomunicaciones had all reached agreements to link up with the shared network run by Altan Redes. He added that Telefonica, Diveracy and Edilar also had contracts in place to use Red Compartida less than 6 months after its launch.
