Telfort upgrades customer service options on app

Telfort has upgraded its mobile app to give customers more self-service options. Customers at the Dutch operator can now turn 4G access on and off over the app, as well as adjust their data, call and SMS bundles, including ordering extra data or roaming add-ons. They can also access more information on the costs of using services when abroad as well as more detailed bills. The app also shows the exact period of the customer's contract and gives the option to extend that.
