Telfort, XS4All word-of-mouth scores slip, Tele2 NL charges after takeover

Thursday 18 July 2019 | 14:32 CET | News
XS4ALL was again the most recommended triple-play provider in the Netherlands in the first half of the year, leaving Kliksafe and KPN to round out the top three. Telfort and XS4ALL showed a slight decrease in the proportion of customers who recommended them, while Tele2 Netherlands showed a substantial increase. The changes come on the back of the takeover of Tele2 Netherlands by T-Mobile NL and the (announced) termination of the Telfort and XS4ALL brands by KPN. The information comes from Telecompaper's latest 'Word of Mouth score' (WoM score) on the market for triple-play providers.
