Telia, Arthur D Little say 70% of property owners and managers have made no digitisation plans

Telia Company has published a report with management consultancy Arthur D Little saying that the property sector should change to meet new demands for efficiency, sustainability and comfort. While 87 percent of real-estate owners and facility managers recognise the sense of urgency and the value potential of digitisation, 70 percent have not yet started any modernisation plans, they said.
