Telia denies breaching own rules in retention of Netframe as Azercell supplier

Telia Company has commented on claims in an article by Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet's online edition that Telia had breached its own guidelines, in connection with majority-owned Azercell's use of Netframe as a subcontractor. Telia said the decision to hire Netframe had been taken locally in Azerbaidjan and complied with the guidelines that were in the place at the time.
