Telia denies signing SEK 1 bln break-up deal with Bonnier over Bonnier Broadcaasting

Monday 18 June 2018 | 12:58 CET | News
Telia Company has denied a report by newspaper Svenska Dagbladet on 18 June, claiming that Telia has agreed a break-up fee with Bonnier. Telia said it has already announced that it is in talks with Bonnier about a potential acquisition of Bonnier Broadcasting, but that the SvD article alleging it has signed a SEK 1 billion compensation agreement with the media group is incorrect. There is no such agreement, said Telia.
