Telia, Ericsson demonstrate 5G control of drones delivering defibrillators

Telia Company, Ericsson and Karolinska Institutet have given a demonstration at a meeting of the Nordic prime ministers in Ornskoldsvik of managing drones carrying defibrillators using 5G. In Sweden, 6,000 people a year suffer a sudden cardiac arrest and only 10 percent survive, but this rises to 70 percent if treatment starts within three minutes.
