Telia Lithuania to acquire data centre operator DLC

Operator Telia Lithuania announced an agreement to acquire the data centre service provider Duomenu Logistikos Centras (DLC) from the power companies Lietuvos Energija and Litgrid. Lietuvos Energija will sell 79.64 percent and Litgrid 20.36 percent of the shares in DLC.
