Telia Norway says OneCall wins customer service award

Telia Norway said its OneCall budget brand has won an award in the telephony category at a customer service event arranged by Kantar TNS and Tekna, the Norwegian Society of Graduate Technical and Scientific Professionals. The award at the Customer Service Days conference follows a survey of over 20,000 respondents, asking them about customer services in banking, insurance, telephony, broadband, television reception, travel and other services.
