TeliaSonera, Telenor offer to sell 40% of Danish op - report

TeliaSonera and Telenor have offered to sell up to 40 percent of their joint Danish infrastructure network to gain approval for the grid merger, said Reuters, citing a European Commission document that the news agency had seen. The aim is persuade EU antitrust regulators worried about a lack of competition resulting from the deal.
