Telit announced a new module, ME910C1-NV, which it said is the first LTE Category M1 (Cat M1) module based on Qualcomm Technologies' MDM9206 global multimode modem to receive Verizon certification for operation on Verizon's 4G/LTE network. The MDM9206 modem and Telit ME910C1-NV will natively support Verizon's ThingSpace platform, the operator's web-based developer platform designed to accelerate a digital ecosystem of smart devices for the IoT segment.
