Telkom claims Vodacom, MTN subsidised with termination rate regime

Wednesday 29 August 2018 | 16:30 CET | News

Since the launch of mobile networks in South Africa in 1994, the regime of wholesale call tariffs was skewed in favour of Vodacom and MTN, Maseko said.
