Telkom Kenya urges implementation of cross-network agent dealings

Telkom Kenya is pushing for implementation of agent and merchant interoperability to ease cross-network transfers, reports the Daily Nation. In 2018, telecom firms in Kenya implemented technical interoperability, where users can send and receive money directly from or into their accounts from other networks, seen as the first step in levelling the playing field.
