Telkom praises spectrum probe for wholesale open access grid

South African operator Telkom has welcomed the study proposed by the Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services, Siyabonga Cwele, to investigate the amount of spectrum to be used by the planned national Wholesale Open Access Network (WOAN).
