Telkom wins court case against Vodacom over unlawful duct access

South African operator Telkom has won a court case, with costs, against Vodacom over the unlawful accessing of its infrastructure, reports Mybroadband. The case was resolved in the Western Cape High Court on 26 July, said Telkom. Telkom had brought an urgent application against Vodacom relating to Vodacom's "unlawful use" of its infrastructure on the Dennegeur residential estate in Cape Town.
