Telstra in secret talks to launch Google Chromecast

Australian operator Telstra is in secret talks with Google, with plans to launch a digital media player, The Australian reported. The move would allow Google entrance into the Australian TV market for the first time. Testra is aiming to introduce a number of Google Chromecast dongles into the Australian market this year under the leadership of Telstra Media group managing director Rick Ellis.
