Telstra, Lexus Australia to launch 4G mobile V2X service trial

Australian operator Telstra, in partnership with Lexus Australia, will start testing V2X communication services in cars on Australian roads. Powered by Telstra's 4GX network, the connected vehicle field trial using 4G mobile networks aims to test and demonstrate cellular V2X technology and driver assist features for a safer driving experience, Telstra said.
