Telstra proposes next steps in network separation

Australian operator Telstra has announced the next steps in its proposed legal restructure. The proposed legal structure within the Telstra Group, expected to be completed by December, includes the InfraCo Fixed, InfraCo Towers, and ServeCo units. InfraCo Fixed would own and operate Telstra's passive or physical infrastructure assets, including ducts, fibre, data centres, and exchanges that underpin Telstra's fixed network.
