Telus changes brand promise to 'let's make the future friendly'

Telus has announced the evolution of its brand promise to "let's make the future friendly." The Canadian operator had been using the phrase "the future is friendly" for the past two decades. The company said the change better reflects its wish to make a positive social impact as people embrace new technologies such as LTE, 5G, fibre, IoT, virtual health and artificial intelligence. The company will also change its visual identity in advertising and communications.
