Telus Mobility ranks highest in network quality

Telus Mobility ranks highest in network quality across all of Canada's regions, according to a study by J.D. Power. The same research shows Canadian wireless carriers' heavy investments related to infrastructure enhancements are improving customer satisfaction with the network quality. Overall, wireless network issues, measured by problems per 100 connections (PP100), dropped to 9 PP100 from 11 PP100 in 2017.
