Tencent buys 29% of Norwegian gaming firm Funcom

Norwegian computer games developer Funcom said that Chinese company Tencent has agreed to acquire 29 percent of Funcom's shares. Funcom is the independent developer and publisher of games such as 'Conan Exiles', 'The Secret World' and 'Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden'. The deal makes Tencent the largest shareholder in Funcom, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: Funcom).
