Tencent launches video streaming service in Thailand

Tencent has chosen Thailand as the first overseas market for its video streaming service, Reuters reported. The service launched on 14 June under the name WeTV. It will feature original Chinese content from Tencent Penguin Pictures with Thai dubbing, and create local content with Thai partners.
