Tencent's Infinium receives virtual banking license in Hong Kong

Infinium has received a virtual banking license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Infinium is a joint venture between Tencent, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), Hillhouse Capital and Hong Kong entrepreneur Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity Perfect Ridge).
