Tesco sells over 400,000 Hudl tablets
UK retailer Tesco said that sales of the Hudl tablet have reached over 400,000 to date. In a Christmas and New Year trading statement, Tesco indicated that its online TV service Blinkbox also had record sales over Christmas, up 245 percent. New Year's Day was the biggest ever for Blinkbox, with sales up 266 percent year-on-year.

Tesco plans updated Hudl in 2014 as sales reach over 300,000

Tesco plans to launch an updated version of the Hudl tablet in 2014, reports The Guardian. Tesco CEO Philip Clarke said the new model would be an enhanced version. He added that Tesco sold more than 35,000 Hudl tablets within the first few days of launch, with total sales to date reaching more than 300,000. He said this was 'more than it had originally planned in total in the run-up to Christmas'.

Tesco struggling to meet demand for Hudl tablet

UK supermarket retailer Tesco is struggling to keep up with demand for the new Hudl tablet, reports The Independent newspaper.
