Tet, University of Latvia develop new algorithm for targeted TV, advertising

Latvian fixed operator Tet, in collaboration with the University of Latvia, has developed a big data-based algorithm for profiling a TV audience. This is expected to allow for more effective planning of TV content and advertising placement, as well as enabling personalised advertising in the future.
